Beautiful apartment close to Baldeneysee

Hello everyone 🙂

We are planning a big trip and unfortunately our two cats (Chloe & Ella, 4 years) can’t come with us. We offer a beautiful 110sqm two story apartment (2nd floor & attic) in the sleepy Essen-Werden – there is no trace of the hustle and bustle of the Ruhr area here, but an idyllic half-timbered village with a local recreation factor! Perfect and central to perhaps explore the (industrial) culture of the Ruhr area or the treasures of North Rhine Westfalia? 🙂

– 2 house cats, a bit shy at first, but playful & cuddly🐱🐱 they would just need someone to spend some time with them, play and cuddle, and of course to feed them and clean the litter box

– a large bed for 2 people + sofa bed for 2 people if necessary

– 10min with the nearby train to Essen city center

– right in Werden’s old town with lots of stores & restaurants (best pizzeria & ice cream parlor in town! 🙂 )

– 5 minutes walk to the Ruhr, 10 minutes to Baldeneysee (many water sports facilities, great cycling & hiking trails)

– many cultural offers (classical music, jazz, theater…) due to the nearby Folkwang University of the Arts
