Short profile Married couple from Hamburg on a sabbatical year – reliable, animal-loving and experienced with house & garden ⸻ About us We are Nicole and Björn, a married couple in our early 50s from Hamburg, with two grown-up children. From spring 2026 we'd like to use a sabbatical year to travel through Europe and get to know the countries and people along the way. Nicole works as a housekeeper in an upscale private household and is a trained home economics manager – organization, cleanliness and care are her everyday life. Björn is a trained sign maker and now operations manager in a large family business – skilled with his hands and practically minded. As homeowners with many years of experience with animals, we know how important trust, reliability and attentiveness are. Garden care, small repairs and the loving care of animals are a matter of course for us. We look forward to discovering new places, meeting lovely people and animals, and reliably taking care of house and garden along the way.
