Nature-lovers house with priceless views on ocean and volcan

We are a German couple, both scientists, with two kids (13 and 15), who live in Chilean Patagonia (Chamiza close to Puerto Montt) since nearly 20 years. We live in a fenced living on 1 ha of ground with 2 ponies and 4 dogs. Our property includes a gym, a climbing gym, a swimming pond and has priceless views on the ocean, a river and two volcanoes. Our house is a paradise for nature-loving people who enjoy the quiet (with bird and frog sounds) and peaceful environment of our property. We are looking for responsible person(s) who take good care of our house, property and pets so that we can enjoy our sabbatical in Germany without having to worry (April to September 2022). There are 5 Universities in town, and our house offers perfect condition for home office. Little shops are 2 km away, in Chamiza, and large supermarkets are in Puerto Montt (15 minutes). Our area is a very quiet fenced living with approx. 100 houses close to the "Carretera Austral", 10 km outside of Puerto Montt. Small shops are in the close-by village Chamiza, and you can get all you need in Puerto Montt. There are many national parks and touristic attractions near by (Alerce Andino National Park, Vicente Perez Rosales National Park, Puyehue National Park, Chiloe Island; Puelo Valley, Cochamo Valley, etc.).
