Zero-experience horse work

Hi guys, I'm Bruno from Croatia and I'm looking for a place to learn how to work with horses in exchange for some part-time physical labour. I run my own online business (macronavigation.com) for which I need around 5 hours per day, so I have the rest of the day to work in exchange for a place to stay and some food (I love cooking so I can cook if needed). I'm looking for a bit longer stay, from October/November 2026 up until at least Easter 2027. My ideal dream stay would be small family-run farm in some rural village in the Alps. Anything even remotely close to that is good, as long as it's far away from city noise and pollution which I'm running away from. Besides my native Croatian, I only speak English. Hope that's not a problem. I have two main motives: 1) A dream of having my own horse ranch one day, but I have 0 experience with them, so I must learn. 2) Running away from city noise and smog toward nature and peace. Although I have no experience at all, I'm a very physically fit (hybrid/endurance athlete) and don't mind getting my hands dirty. I am introvert, peaceful, modest, nature & animal lover, and health & fitness freak. I can eat anything but not sure if I could make it on purely vegan diet. :D
