Hello everyone! Offering my voluntary help as a VOLUNTEER from January 2026 TOGETHER BETTER ZUSAMMEN BESSER BETTER TOGETHER BESSER ZUSAMMEN My name is Frank Uwe, I'm mindful, optimistic and always curious to learn and try out new things together I come from Berlin/Germany, am a long-time trainer, mentor, media maker, creative and a world traveller since 2021 (Central America/Asia/South America and Europe). From December 2025 until the end of March 2026 I would once again be very happy to work as a volunteer in any part of Europe, very gladly supporting YOU in ecological, social, cultural projects, in co-living spaces and hostels, in the everyday life of families at spiritual places such as a retreat. I'll support you with my hands in the household, garden, hotel and kitchen etc.. With my extensive and reflected life experience, my cultural experience and my travel adventures, as a passionate tour guide, legal trainer and dedicated community manager and in all areas of social media and in tourism as a documenter, journalist and content creator. With my mental skills in conceptual creative work, in good communication and coordination, in tourism, such as welcoming, looking after and accompanying people, teams and groups of guests. With my positive, mindful, patient way of life, with which I create a pleasant and constructive working environment. I am a slim, vital, mentally and physically active person without alcohol, tobacco, drugs etc. and I live a conscious daily routine incl. meditation, geared towards vitality and constant personal development. Over the course of my travels and volunteering I have gained solid practical experience in various areas, including: garden work house care pet care — cats and dogs usually "love" me family support incl. shopping, planning, cleaning, creative and empathetic creative childcare all activities in the hotel and hostel industry motivating, guiding and reflecting with people and teams as a volunteer in retreats What I offer: good communication, quick comprehension and understanding a vital physical condition for smaller to medium repairs and renovation work such as painting and wallpapering NOTE: No heavy craft, floor or construction work possible empathetic and adaptive interaction with any social environment and any culture a positive attitude to life and my curiosity to learn new things reliable and communicative commitment in teamwork a feel for people and their situations, seeing the potential for beautifying rooms and places and I see "work" that needs to be done. What I'm looking for is ... opportunities to develop personally and professionally, to gain new friends and ideas and visions cultural and linguistic exchange, inspiring conversations and new international experiences, sustainable and meaningful projects with a positive impact that bring me joy and a living and working environment that values me as a person and supporter.
