Off-grid Paradise, camp in nature, eco-building & living

Far off in the mountains of South Portugal lays a green nest in wild nature.

It`s valleys are peacefully secluded and protected and it`s hills offer stunning views to the Monchique mountains.

And it’s just a 40min. ride to the most beautiful beaches of the wild westcoast.

The camp next to a natural lake invites you to set up your tent or park your van in the shade of big trees. A true off-grid experience with lots to learn about a natural way of living, building, healing & creating.

We are flexible about the timing and duration. Basically from June to September we are open.  

WHAT TO BRING?

• Your own tent or vehicle and what you need to be comfortable camping
• A certain connection to nature / conciousness & couriosity about natural life
• Ability and will to be physically active (as life in nature requires work)
• Agree to a fixed hourly help in exchange for the stay (fair individual agreements)
• No / little previous experience required – No dogs permitted  

WHAT WE OFFER?

• Basic infrastructure (compost toilet & running water at the camp / hot shower / partially shared meals on individual agreement / filtered drinking water from the land)
• Gladly sharing the knowledge and experience we have in the fields of:

- Off-grid infrastructure, Natural building - sustainability - recycling, Organic gardening, reforestation & water management, Natural healing, Carpentry & artisanal woodworks

WHAT’S TO DO? / CURRENT PROJECTS

• Natural building of a round house in wood, straw and clay with reciprocal green roof & recycled, sustainable infratructure
• Continue creating campsite spaces
• Help with physical tasks
• Artful restauration of an old caravan
