Quiet city apartment in an old Bremen townhouse

Description

The apartment is 10 minutes from the centre and usually quiet. There's a park opposite. Available are a modern shower bathroom, kitchen, living-dining room and a bedroom with a sofa bed. 2 cats (Kitty + Nike) would like to be fed in the mornings and evenings. Sometimes they leave "prey remains" that need to be disposed of. They're very easy-going and independent outdoor cats. Flowers on the balcony and in the garden need to be watered every now and then.
