Town house in the center of Sicily, small renovation

Description

Small town house in the heart of Sicily, 22 years old, needs a check-up and some small renovation work. Check the gas and water pipes and, if necessary, replace seals and connections. So ideally someone with experience as a plumber. The rain gutter is leaking, which lets water in at one spot. According to the expert report, sealing it is sufficient. The house hasn't been plastered yet, which only concerns the front of the house with its large glazed area. (see photo). On offer: your own room and one free meal per day. Water, tea and coffee as drinks are free. The workload is manageable. Smoking is not allowed in the house!!! I'm assuming a workload of 4 hrs per day, and ideally if you work more on one day, that time is then free on other days. E.g.: work 8 hrs on one day and then have 1 day off. Or work 8 hrs a day for one week and have the following week off. The house is in the center; bars, restaurants etc. are just a few minutes' walk away. Is anyone interested? Time frame between the end of July and the end of September. I'm looking forward to nice people who'll help make my heart's project a reality.
