Moin from Lübeck, I (Tomsie, 30 years young) have been living in this lovely home for three years now and had a flatshare until recently. Since the apartment has gotten a bit dated, I'd love some support in reviving and sprucing up my apartment. Happy to include your ideas, whose implementation we can negotiate together. Specifically, listed by priority: Painting work, touch-ups Fixing a cosmetic door damage (see photo) Hanging lamps and shelves Supporting me in making it beautiful again. Do you fancy coming to me at the Baltic Sea and doing some handiwork? You can sleep in your own room, we can cook together, you can do laundry and take baths, and it's 20 min to the beach by train. 50 min to Hamburg and 2 km to Lübeck's old town. Let's discuss everything else in advance. I'd be happy if the apartment eventually becomes a space for more than just tenants. For people who want to use a space for artistic-creative outbursts or simply to catch their breath. For people who want to come back. For people passing through. For people who want to connect with me. (Unfortunately, animals are not allowed by the landlord. What I'm not looking for: People who explain the world to me unasked. Including in crafts and DIY. I haven't had good experiences with that in working together so far. People who consume alcohol, meat or illegal substances in the apartment.
