old abandoned military station near a town

Description

I'm the owner of an old radio station on a hill on the coastline of the Costa Brava, above the town of L’Estartit. The site was used as a radio station by the Americans in 1961 and closed in the 90s. At the moment there is neither water nor electricity nor accommodation, but plenty of space for motorhomes. If several people come together, we'll have a cosy barbecue in the evening. The following tasks are on the list: - Installing windows and doors - Repairing the flat roof - Insulation - Water supply - Sanitary work - Electrical installations - Painting - Gardening and decoration About 1 km away, the town offers all services, shops, a lovely bathing beach and free drinking water. Lidl is about 2km away.
