Old farmhouse on the North Sea

Old cosy country house on the North Sea, 800m from the dyke and the nature reserve by the natural beach, is looking for a temporary housemate. We live very rurally and freely in a flat coastal landscape with lots of space in the garden and all around. Here you can let your soul unwind, because we offer digital detox without WiFi, TV, without 5G, without constant availability. Instead, there are sports opportunities out in nature, a natural beach and relaxation in the salty North Sea climate. Our family consists of mother, son, dog and 2 tomcats. We look forward to craftspeople who can support us with the renovation of the large 100-year-old house. Tasks like building fences, roof repairs, repairing doors and windows, masonry work or laying floors are some examples of the jobs to be tackled here.😊 The goal is to create an artists' and sports house here. If a helper wants to come with a child, that's possible in principle. In that case, the holiday apartment would need to be occupied and 4 hours/day worked in exchange. However, the child(ren) must be independent.
