Hi, I'm Anna (she/her), 29 years old and living in Bremen. After working in the theatre and performance world for almost 10 years, now feels like the right time for me to try something new, get out and take a breath. For this transition phase, "holiday for a helping hand" seems like exactly the right format. What particularly appeals to me is that this way of travelling lets me get to know different life realities and actively take part in shaping them. I love trying new things and immersing myself in different ways of working and living. In doing so, I learn a lot not only about other people, but also about myself. I also really like that this concept connects people and opens up opportunities for those who might otherwise have less access to experiences like these. Here's what I have to offer: I'm a very good and creative vegetarian cook and firmly believe that food brings people together. On the side, I've gained extensive experience in the hospitality industry – both in the kitchen and in service. I also regularly work as an assistant for people with disabilities and have learned how different life realities can be and how important a supportive environment is. I don't have much experience with gardening yet, but I'm very motivated to learn new things and get involved. I'm an open-minded person with many interests – sometimes so many that I can barely keep up myself. I enjoy deep conversations, but equally value quiet moments to myself. This year I'd like to travel together with my sister, her partner and my partner. The three of them are among the dearest people in my life.
