Our lovingly furnished Swedish house is located right on the idyllic Lake Fyrsjön near Hammerdal. It’s the perfect retreat for people who want to escape the stress of everyday life while also exploring their creative side. What makes it special: You’ll have the entire house to yourself and can relax in complete peace or help out with small projects around the house. What’s it all about? The Swedish house is a vacation home that shouldn’t sit empty and unused. That’s why we’re offering you the chance to spend a relaxing time here while also taking on small handyman tasks. Whether it’s mowing the lawn, cleaning windows, sewing curtains, or renovating the upper floor—you can choose how much you’d like to contribute. All projects are flexible and voluntary. What you’ll get: Cozy accommodations with a bedroom, kitchen-diner, and bathroom on the lower, renovated floor. Direct access to the lake, ideal for swimming, fishing, or simply enjoying nature. The freedom to structure your day however you like—whether you just want to relax or get creative is entirely up to you. Contribution: To cover the costs of the space, we ask for a small daily contribution (approx. 20€ per day, depending on the group size). However, the financial aspect isn’t the only thing that matters to us—we’re just as happy to have you actively help out with the house. You’re free to decide how much you’d like to contribute, based on your financial means and level of commitment. Any form of support—whether financial or hands-on—is valuable! Availability: The house is available from spring through fall. It is closed in the winter.
