Bauernhof auf der Hallig Langeneß

Hello, I'm Rina. Sadly, my beloved husband passed away last year. There's a great deal of work here of all kinds. From May to October, 24 cows from the mainland need to be watched over on our pastures. I have 2 tomcats. Once a week, for example, about 4 hours of lawn mowing is needed. In the fairly wild garden there's always work to be done. Above all, though, I also need daily help in the house. Here too there are all sorts of tasks, but at the moment mainly cleaning and sorting out. I hope you're not horrified if you're first asked to clean your own accommodation yourselves….The annoying Edeka order has to be done online at set times. I need to declutter the house, the barn and the attic – as you can see – there's a lot to do. I'd also be delighted if someone can cook and bake…However, after long consideration, I've decided that everyone eats their meals separately, because my daily rhythm is very individual and I don't want to change that. Of course, we can also eat together now and then, but that would be the exception. I also can't currently afford to provide food for the helpers, so that's up to you. Please get in touch – no matter how much time you can bring – I'm happy about everyone ! You'll be in a biosphere area (www.halligen.de) and in the Wadden Sea National Park – and Halligen exist only here, nowhere else in the world – we're surrounded by the sea and sometimes flooded during "Landunter" ! P.S.: I have a very good friend in Flensburg – she also needs help, especially in the garden. We wondered whether we could offer you a kind of double-pack deal – Flensburg combined with the Hallig. She's not registered here yet. If you find that interesting too, please contact me. She would offer the same conditions (free bunk, meals on your own, 3 hours per day). Flensburg is a very beautiful city by the water and you can get to Denmark very quickly. She lives within walking distance of the popular Baltic Sea beach.
