Senior lady offers a furnished 12 sqm room, bright, quiet, safe, well-kept, on the corner of Neukölln/Kreuzberg/Treptow, with a view of the canal and park, in exchange for help with the usual tasks that regularly come up in a middle-class household — and, if you have the skills and the desire, also sewing, plant care, IT, office work, handiwork, crafts. • Only for a woman over 23, ideally also a senior, • who can adapt to an established way of running the household, • generally consumes no cigarettes, no drugs and only moderate alcohol, • and who, because of my dangerous aerosol/fragrance allergy, keeps all triggering cosmetics and clothes with clinging scented detergent out of the flat. For at least 1 week (depending on skills and time/effectiveness of the help, between 5 and 15 € per day as a contribution to utilities, 2-10 hours of joint work per week during daylight) Also happy to make it open-ended (260 €/month all incl., with 2 hours of help per week) or as a second home for repeated stays in Berlin. A thorough selection process via email and WhatsApp protects us both from disappointment and harm (necessary due to increasingly experienced abuse and misjudgement, going hand in hand with Berlin's housing shortage and its attractiveness for desperados and dreamers).
