Organic farm near Chanthaburi / Thailand

Description

In the untouristy region of Chanthaburi in Thailand I met Bess. A courageous visionary who has built up her organically farmed property over the last 20 years. On the farm she has proven that fruit trees and vegetables can grow healthily even without chemicals. She has developed a collaboration with the university and often has agriculture students on the farm with whom she shares her know-how. She would also love to welcome helpers from abroad on her farm and offers an educational experience, board and lodging in exchange for 4-5 hours of help per day. Bess speaks English.
