Description

We are a spiritual community in the heart of Germany, between Kassel and Göttingen. 70 people live here, solo, as couples, in shared flats or as families. The former manor farm is now a community with a seminar house and retreat offerings. It consists of 3 seminar rooms, 65 guest beds, a vegetarian-vegan kitchen, a café and beautiful gardens nestled in an idyllic hilly landscape. The open-hearted and open-minded attitude of the community creates a friendly atmosphere that is especially interesting for seminar groups working with bodywork, yoga, meditation and inner growth. Music concerts, small festivals and our own meditation retreats are freely open to the public. Volunteers are an important part of the community for us. As a volunteer, we offer you accommodation and meals as well as the opportunity to take part in meditations and to get to know us as a community, in exchange for approx. 4 hours of work per day with 1 free day per week. On some days there is less to do, on some days a bit more. We'd like you to take at least 2 weeks at a stretch if it's your 1st time with us. The maximum duration is 2 months. We're looking for enthusiastic people who are ready to contribute their best in a loving way. You should be physically and mentally strong, as the energy here at this place can also be demanding. Usually several volunteers of different ages are here at the same time, and we offer a connecting morning circle every day before we get into action. We have free WiFi on site that you can use.
