🌍 About me Hello, people call me Cosmo. I'm a citizen of the world who has lived in Vienna for more than half of his life, i.e. for about 20 years. In the summer months, however, it gets too hot for me here, which is why I'm looking for cooler places where I can both relax and work and get meaningfully involved. I'm very happy to be part of Holiday4Help! I'm a calm, friendly and easy-going person with an open, peaceful attitude towards the world, people and nature. I value diversity, respectful exchange and a mindful, clear way of getting along – without extremes, polarisations or ideological convictions. 🌿 Personal values & lifestyle I live consciously and mindfully: • Healthy diet, I cook for myself daily • Smoke-free, alcohol-free, no addictive substances – without being dogmatic • Mindful treatment of myself and others • Consideration and a supportive environment are important to me I look forward to new perspectives, other ways of life and genuine encounters – with the wish to give and to receive. 💻 Profession & background I work from home, mainly in the creative field: developing thinking and puzzle games, graphic design, administrative tasks. 🤝 How I can help Alongside my professional work, I'd like to actively help out on site for 3–4 hours per day – flexibly spread out, as agreed. I offer support in the following areas: • Household: cleaning, cooking, simple tasks (experience in gastronomy) • Gardening & animals: Many years of experience, especially with dogs • Manual work. I'm handy (small repairs, DIY projects, but no major construction work). • Creative collaboration: design, brainstorming, creative projects • General help: I'm flexible, careful, reliable and pitch in wherever support is needed 🔍 What I need Accommodation & surroundings • Quiet, well-ventilated, mould-free sleeping space for myself alone • Quiet workspace with stable Wi-Fi for working from home • Pleasant temperatures, ideally up to max. 25–28°C during the day Kitchen & provisions • Cooking facilities for daily use • Either my own fridge with freezer compartment or enough space in the shared fridge • Access to consistently clean drinking water, either directly on site or with the option to buy it nearby • Option to use a washing machine (2-3 loads per week) Sanitary facilities • Sanitary facilities such as shower and toilet for daily use Scheduling • Flexibly arranged days – no fixed working hours, since my remote work sometimes happens in the morning, sometimes in the afternoon. My help can be spread across the day by arrangement. 📅 Length of stay Ideally I'm looking for a continuous stay up to and including early August. Getting to know each other for approx. 1 week is welcome – if the chemistry is right, hopefully, I'll gladly stay for the entire period.
