Description

My name is Dominikus, I'm 49 years old and already have a grown-up daughter. After a late dual study program in business & training in an organic supermarket, I have now been working out of conviction in an organic food store in Dortmund for 6 years. In my free time I like being outdoors, preferably outside the city, cycling or walking through nature. I'm an open-minded person with many interests and enjoy being in company, but I'm also fine on my own ;). On my holidays I often stay in hostels & bring my road bike. What I find particularly exciting about this type of accommodation is the chance to meet people from the most diverse regions of the world. Beyond that, I'm a big fan of discovering the special features of the (holiday) region - especially in culinary terms :). That's why I also really enjoy visiting local restaurants and cafés. I'm good at manual work and gladly help friends out with renovation projects. I also love working in nature (I grew up close to nature on the Niederrhein & did many of the tasks that came up on a 2500-square-meter property, and also helped on a neighboring farmstead with the straw & hay harvest, but also e.g. with mucking out the cowshed). I would also really like to get to know a permaculture farm so I can lend a hand there too.
