Description

My name is Lena, and I’m a chef and organizer of all things culinary. I run our restaurant, Botanica, as well as a culinary studio for dinner events and classes in Magdeburg with my husband Julius, who also holds a boat license for both ocean and inland waters. We’re versatile, creative, skilled with our hands, and self-reliant, so we’d be happy to find a time to help out :) We love animals, gardening, and ecological projects. We follow a vegan/vegetarian lifestyle, cook a lot, and love preserving food, fermenting, brewing kombucha, and similar activities. We’d also be happy to come as a group of three or four—either with Lena’s mom, who’s incredibly good with kids and animals, or our best friend, who also lives close to nature and has a wide range of skills. Or all of us together :)
