Do you love adventure, the sea, the beach, wide open spaces, new beginnings, the peace of nature? We'll provide you with this setting for free and could really use your help in building up our holiday house together, which we want to completely reposition! And on the side you can relax, hang out on the beach, and make interesting acquaintances! Sounds good to you? Then come join us on beautiful, car-free Baltrum! We are a lively family with two very special children (autism & ADHD) and we're looking for someone who enjoys working with us, shaping things, and getting invested. Working purely by instruction is dull. We want you to be part of the whole! First of all, we need your warm-hearted support for May and June, because until then I (Dad) have to run the place here all on my own. Why you'll feel at home with us: • Your place by the dunes: You'll live in your own fully equipped apartment – just 2 minutes from the beach. You'll have your own space with bathroom and kitchen to unwind after work. • If that's your thing … since I'm often fully tied up with the business, I'd be thrilled if you took the reins in the kitchen. We eat together, laugh together and plan the next steps together. Your meals would of course be completely included! • Pure island bliss: No traffic noise, just the sound of the waves. In addition to your own self-contained apartment with bathroom and kitchen, we'll provide you with a bicycle and free WiFi, of course, so you can fully enjoy the island in your free time. Where we need your help: We're constantly growing, changing, beautifying, repositioning! You'll help us with renovations, painting, or sorting out and reorganising, so that our holiday house with its 11 apartments shines invitingly. Daily tasks like laundry and cleaning the apartments are also part of it. Sometimes really annoying, but much easier to manage together. :-) Who would fit in with us: We're looking for a person with heart and open communication. Due to our family situation and some bad experiences, we would prefer a female helper who has a feel for our children and enriches the dynamic in our house.
