Finca in the mountains of the Costa Blanca

Hi! The house is located in the Marina Alta mountains, about 30 minutes from the sea. With over 200 m² of living space, it’s too big for one person—even with my three dogs. In addition, there’s a guest apartment with its own entrance and a natural stone addition that’s basically finished on the outside but still unfinished on the inside. The property is just over 60,000 m², though I’ve probably never even set foot on some parts of it. The back part of the garden is fairly level, so there would be some options for tent, van, or RV sites; water is available—but not electricity—and I doubt the Wi-Fi reaches that far. There’s a large pool, though it’s empty right now because it’s been under repair (hopefully for good this time). I have olive, fig, and almond trees, as well as trees and shrubs bearing fruit whose names I don’t know. I hope that’s enough for a first impression. Looking for: - New perspectives - New recipes - New ideas I’d appreciate help around the house, in the garden, or with small repairs—because something is always broken.

What's included

I studied philosophy and enjoy discussing all sorts of topics at length; accordingly, I offer my perspectives—whether they’re interesting or not is another matter. There’s Wi-Fi, which is usually very stable—except during severe thunderstorms, since it’s satellite-based. During really severe thunderstorms, though, the power usually goes out anyway, so Wi-Fi becomes a secondary concern. -Hammock
