Big old house with dog, cats and charm seeks,...

Hello hello, you beautiful people! We (me and my husband) have an old house, a dog, 3 tomcats, a toddler (born 05/21) and lots of space. We're always looking (all year round, by arrangement) for helpers to support us in all sorts of areas. E.g.: help with the household, garden landscaping in spring, people with a talent for photography, smaller crafting/creative projects, artists to decorate a small outside wall, dog trainers, babysitters,… or maybe something completely different? Feel free to offer whatever you're good at ;) We offer: nostalgia and nature, beautiful hiking trails, a village getaway, open and friendly -left-wing green hippie- residents, silly chatter, good music for your ears. You get your own guest room – everything else we share (e.g. party room with billiards, darts,…, garden with campfire spot in summer, an indoor fireplace in winter, over 1000 video cassettes, WiFi and Netflix - but no TV connection) We have a young neutered male dog who gets along with his own kind, so dogs are very welcome as long as they don't eat our cats (outdoor cats). With strangers he needs a bit of sensitivity… Our daughter is a little whirlwind and she's allowed to be one. ;) We're not a classic work-exchange where you scrub through your hours and then hide away. You come to join our family, and we look forward to nice conversations, game nights and walking the dog together. Of course, you're also free to withdraw at any time and do your own thing. How much you want to help out is up to you. We can happily arrange something in advance, or you decide on site what and how much you do. You should keep your right arm down, not bring any colorful smarties and leave the tinfoil hat at home — otherwise we're excited about your input! We're happy to cook and eat together; we're omnivores, but adaptable. So do get in touch! We're nicer than we look ;P Important: Children are very welcome, but should bring an age-appropriate understanding of animals. Older people/people with walking difficulties are of course very welcome, but should keep in mind that we have many steps and old narrow staircases in the house. This isn't meant to turn anyone away, but we don't want to hide anything either!
