Haus in Kroatien direkt am Meer mit Garten und Terrasse

Hello! Great that this site exists and that you found us here, because we need your help! :) A few months ago we (mum, dad, child) rather spontaneously bought a house by the sea in the small fishing village of Tribunj in Croatia. We knew from the start that there would be a lot to do there and have already accomplished and moved forward a lot on our own. What is currently happening: - the old stone house part (1933) is being renovated - the concrete extension (1956) is dilapidated and has to be demolished, and something new needs to take its place... The plumbing incl. connections and wastewater needs to be completely redone - this is where we currently still need support! In return we offer a dream location with a garden. You can live in the house; it is furnished practically. There is everything you need: bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, dining room. And on top: garden and roof terrace with sea view! There is also heating and a washing machine. The beach is within walking distance, as are shops and restaurants and the harbour, which you can see from the house. We are very grateful for every helping hand that moves us forward and, by arrangement, would be happy to make the house available for an appropriate period of time, even for several more years!
