House with sea view in Greece, with dogs and cats

✨ House/pet sitter wanted – Pelion, Greece (approx. 23.12.–05.01.) ✨ I'm looking for a reliable, animal-loving person or couple for housesitting on beautiful Pelion (mainland Greece), while I'm away from 23 December until around 5 January. Arriving 2–4 days earlier is ideal, so I can show you everything and explain it all together. 📍 Location & surroundings • Mountain village on Pelion, 20 km from the harbour town of Volos • Small, very lovely 25 m² house (the big house is still under construction) • View of the sea, forest at your back • A car is necessary (only 2 buses per day) • Pagasetic Gulf: only 15 minutes by car • Aegean Sea: 40 minutes • Ski station on Pelion: also easy to reach • In December: cool in the mornings & evenings, but when the sun shines you can sit / eat wonderfully on the terrace in the morning and at midday 🐾 Animals • 3 great dogs , black/white (1 Border Collie, 2 Greek shepherd dogs)→ 2× daily walks of at least 30 minutes • 8 young, cuddly young cats, all outdoors and in the big unfinished house → keep the house / yard and garden free of unwanted little guests 🏡 The house • Pure nature, wood and stone chalet with house and yard and a big garden. • The best spring water from the tap • Electricity from a solar system • Hot water when the sun shines • Generator for longer spells of bad weather • Heated with a small wood stove (easy to use, plenty of wood available) • Washing: usually rather lukewarm at this time of year, warm about 1×/week • Simple, quiet, nature-connected living – I've been living wonderfully here for 3.5 years : pure peace and quality of life, with everything else CLOSE by. 🌿 Way of life • I live vegan and would like only vegetarian food to be cooked in the house, i.e. for the fridge / house to stay vegetarian. ✨ Wanted A responsible, nature-connected person / couple who: • loves animals • enjoys a simple, sustainable lifestyle, with style and taste • is reliable around the house and garden 📅 Period 23.12. – approx. 05.01. • ideal arrival 2–4 days earlier for a handover & getting to know each other If this speaks to you or you have any questions, I'd be delighted to hear from you!
