Helpers and house sitter wanted for holiday home in southern Italy

Hello everyone, we are Martina and Ali and we've renovated an old stone house in a small village in southern Italy. It's located in the Cilento national park, 5 km from the Mediterranean. From the terrace you can see the sea and the Amalfi coast. The property has 4000 m2 with 2 wells and many olive and fruit trees (citrus, fig, pomegranate etc). It's fenced to protect it from wild boars. We also have 3 small, free-roaming cats. We're looking for helpers for some DIY work around the house, etc., as well as for gardening, e.g. removing weeds, pruning shoots from olive trees. For July/August/September we're looking for helpers for various jobs in the garden, especially harvesting figs and drying them in the sun, as well as help with watering the garden. The property is on a slope and we pump the water up with an electric pump into water tanks. From there we water with the garden hose and watering can. We're also looking for support with some DIY projects around the house, e.g. building small walls facing the garden, planning and building a garden shed, building a kitchen cabinet. For the period from the beginning of November, we're looking for a house sitter to look after the house and the 3 small cats. They're used to people and need to be fed 2 times a day. They also love to cuddle and play. The house sitter should stay at least until the beginning of January, be reliable and also make a small contribution to the running costs (internet and electricity). No smokers or drug users, please. I speak German, English and Italian, and I also have basic knowledge of French; Ali is a gardener and filmmaker. He speaks German and Turkish and has basic knowledge of Italian. For our helper we provide a fully furnished small apartment on the ground floor with its own fitted kitchen and bathroom.
