Help on our property in Montenegro near the Adriatic

Help wanted on a 12,000m² property in Montenegro – accommodation in a caravan We, Martin and Joana with two children (10 and 12), live in a small village in Montenegro with sweeping views of the Adriatic and the Albanian mountains. We are building a small holiday resort on our 12,000m², partly undeveloped property and are looking for support! What we offer: • Accommodation in a caravan (suitable for 2 people) with induction hob, fridge, 140cm-wide bed and cosy seating area • New, small shower room with composting toilet right next to the caravan • Use of our infinity pool • Airport transfer possible, car available by arrangement • Beautiful beaches within a 20-minute drive Your tasks: • Working on our property (clearing land, cutting back paths, creating a garden) • Redesigning the caravan (modernisation) • Support with our website • Cleaning at bed changeover • Approx. 3h of work per day, manual skills and a quick grasp of things desirable Important: • Minimum stay: 7 days (for onboarding) • No pets of your own (our property is not fenced, we have cats), unless your pet is well-behaved and stays close to you Additionally: We may also be looking for someone to look after our 4 cats and keep an eye on the property in the months of November to February.
