My name is Katja and I'm interested in a holiday in exchange for helping out. I'm happy to work 5-7 hours a day, depending on what's needed. I'm most interested in the following areas: * Organic farming (harvesting, sowing, mucking out the barn and whatever else comes up) * Animal care (nursing weak young animals back to health, helping with animal welfare projects, other tasks) * Helping out in hostels, guesthouses (cleaning, food preparation, reception) * Childcare (within the family, on holiday) * Caring for seniors (in their home, on holiday)
