A Small Cottage in the Franconian Forest

There is a separate guest room with its own entrance. There are many projects to be done around the house: e.g., Replacing windows Replacing the insulation in the attic Re-wiring and connecting the electricity Renovating the exterior walls Painting Sanding the stairs and so on. Everything works, but there’s plenty of room for improvement. It’s absolutely quiet here. The public road ends at the house. No through traffic. Behind the house are meadows and fields. Great for unwinding. We’re an American-German household with a calm, small dog. We’re in our 60s and very active. No radio, no TV; internet is available via mobile data (no Wi-Fi). The house is located in the Döbraberg vacation area, which offers hiking trails, mountain biking, a climbing park, thermal baths, and much more. We’re happy to answer any questions you may have. We look forward to welcoming you! Well-behaved, house-trained pets or those kept in crates are welcome. Unfortunately, no cats (cat allergy). No alcohol, no drugs.
