65km from Berlin, in a charming hilly landscape, surrounded by forest and various lakes, in a so-called scattered settlement, lies our 150-year-old farmstead. We would like not only to be self-sufficient but also to bring art and culture into the old walls. Since we bought the farm in a rather dilapidated state a few years ago, there is a lot to do everywhere. There are cattle, horses, sheep and chickens in the neighbourhood, plus our farm dog Joschi. Rare wild birds and cranes are frequent guests here and easy to observe. If you fancy a peaceful time in the countryside, we will provide you with our little holiday cabin, set in a kind of forest garden, and in return would appreciate help with painting a fence or with small masonry and carpentry work or in the large garden, depending on your interests.
