Country house in southern Italy/Molise, 3 km from the sea

Description

We have a beautiful country house in Italy (Molise region) and about 300 olive trees as well as various fruit trees, which are lovingly cared for – without the use of chemicals -. We manage this as an elderly couple, with only one of us on site at a time, since one partner is still working. The house needs to be kept in shape or brought up to scratch. For this, from the end of April 2027 we are looking for help in the household for about 4 hours daily, or someone who can tidy up our workshop (in terms of order and cleaning), and someone who is good with their hands — in exchange we offer a lovely room in the middle of nature in southern Italy. We are about 3 km from the sea. The village is about a 10-minute walk away. Who has the time and inclination? Arriving in your own car would be ideal, as there is no good public transport connection (e.g. to the beach) – but it's not strictly necessary. The walk to the village is about 800 m. It's about 3 km to the sea – though not flat (downhill on the way there – uphill on the way back – which can be quite strenuous in the summer heat).
