Country house in southern Italy/Molise, 3 km to the sea

Description

We have a beautiful country house in Italy (Molise region) and approx. 300 olive trees as well as various fruit trees, which are lovingly cared for - without the use of chemicals -. We can see the sea from our house. It's approx. 3 km away. As an older couple we manage this ourselves, though only one of us is ever on site, since one partner is still working. In spring there's always the annual spring cleaning, for which we're looking for support. We'd also like to make our garden more beautiful. We'd need help with that too. Since we work without chemicals - both when cleaning and in the garden - the workload is correspondingly greater, but also without danger to life and limb (for us and the wildlife). In return we offer a lovely room in the midst of the nature of southern Italy. Who has the time and inclination? Arriving in your own car would be ideal, as there is no good public transport connection (e.g. to the beach). The walk to the village is approx. 800 m. It's approx. 3 km to the sea - though not flat (downhill there - uphill back).
