Farming, animal husbandry and garden

Description

Moin, We are a small family farm in northern Germany. Living with us (a young family with a child and grandparents) are cattle, sheep, dogs, ducks and chickens on a lovely farm on the edge of the village. Besides the classic everyday tasks – feed, water, mucking out – we always have extra work too; Bottle-feeding lambs, feeding calves, building fences, painting,.... Gardening (a small kitchen garden in the making) and mowing the lawn come up just as much as herding sheep, shearing or moving them between paddocks. We actually never get bored.
