We are freshness experts … for selected vegetable varieties that our family farm has been growing in Kandel for over 25 years. In the almost Mediterranean climate of the Südpfalz, loose-leaf lettuce, pumpkins, beetroot, lamb's lettuce & co. grow into magnificent and delicious plants. – And you can taste it! We'd be delighted to have help with the many tasks that come up on our farm. In return, we offer a room with a kitchen and bathroom right on our farmstead outside of Kandel. Kandel is a town in the Südpfalz, known as the "Gateway to the Bienwald", which offers a mix of historic half-timbered houses and modern shopping options. The town is an important regional hub with a lively town center and green surroundings, shaped by the adjacent Bienwald forest and the proximity to Alsace. Kandel is an attractive place for leisure activities, culture and a vibrant community life with many events and dining options.
