House and Petsitting: Holidays in the Biosphere reserve Mittelelbe in Germany I live in my 150-year-old house with a courtyard and large garden since 2024. An apartment and two simple guest rooms I have already been renovated. The house and garden are in Aken on the Elbe, right next to the city wall. Aken is located directly on the Elbe River in the Middle Elbe Biosphere Reserve. This is a charming river and floodplain landscape that invites cycling and hiking (bikes are available here). There’s a bus to Dessau, the Bauhaus city. ! Four people can stay in the house for vacation. Two bicycles and a ping-pong table are available For my tomcats Leo and Fips I'm regularly looking for vacation care. I’m renovating the house by myself, so don’t expect a palace. I have already renovated the apartment on the first floor and the guestrooms under the roof. Now I’m renovating the ground floor. I’m not a professional. I learn everything by myself, I make mistakes and try it again There is also a large garden.
