I'm a mother of two girls (8 and 6) and, after the death of my husband a year ago, I'm looking for a way to bring order back into my life and find a kind of therapy far away from the flood of therapy options that don't speak to me. For me, good, honest work is the best therapy! For the past 2 years we've spent our summers on my sister-in-law's alpine pasture. There are 30 dairy cows, 2 goats, cattle and pigs. At the end of April I'm taking the basic alpine dairy course. I can be put to work almost anywhere and really enjoy constantly learning new things. My daughters also enjoy helping out and are able to keep themselves occupied.
