I've spent half my life with small animals - dogs, cats, guinea pigs, rabbits ..rescued animals etc… in my career as a health educator I offer back fitness, Pilates, Nordic walking, meridian stretching, water gym and various relaxation techniques .. Anyone living abroad who would like their own coaching…is welcome to contact me…as a health educator I can help with nutrition, exercise, relaxation..and also pitch in with the household or animal care..! I'm a relaxed, cheerful person..I used to travel abroad at times for the tourism industry ..helped out there in sports entertainment at a big hotel chain. Now I prefer things more individual .. If you can provide me with accommodation..I'd be happy with just a room.. of course more is also fine …only a private room to sleep in is important to me .. otherwise I'm happiest outside in the warmth ..I also really love campfires and drumming..I could cover longer periods…preferably spring and autumn-winter. If any questions come up please write to me… I look forward to hearing from you..I can also lead groups for you on site in the fitness area..if you're looking for an active and / or relaxation programme for your guests :-) only heavy physical work I no longer do as a woman…
