Travel & film: creativity beyond the desk New impressions don't come from sitting at a desk. As a newly self-employed filmmaker, I want to deliberately leave my comfort zone to give my work new impulses and expand my skills. That's why, over the coming months (+ 2026 as a year of travel), I'm combining my passion for traveling with my work as a filmmaker. I offer my services for video assignments – such as filming weddings and events, or creating image videos for the websites of institutions and businesses. I'm looking for locations outside my familiar surroundings in Staufenberg/Lahn in Hessen, anywhere in Germany and the neighboring countries. Producing videos in completely new places allows me to capture unique perspectives and to make the best use of my equipment under all kinds of conditions and get to know it even better. I plan each assignment with a longer stay of at least 14 days up to 4 weeks, so that I don't just film your story but also immerse myself in the local atmosphere. This creates an authentic and personal production that radiates calm and serenity. In return, the assignment covers my accommodation and meals and paves my way to the next project. Along the way, friendships and connections develop that are likely to reach far beyond everyday working life. This approach allows me to maintain my professional standard while growing creatively at the same time. By the end of the year, I plan to carry out three to four such projects in Germany, and after that to take on international assignments as well. I look forward to capturing your project on film and creating something special together with you. I used to work as a home economics manager and later for many years in the field of social education, which surely also says something about my social skills.
