Offer Eifel Monschau For health reasons, LOOKING FOR: The experienced or trained painters, drywall installers, tilers, floor layers, gardeners/landscapers, forestry workers, roofers/carpenters among you Offer: Pitches by the Nationalpark Eifel on our property in exchange for help with house renovation. We are currently renovating a house from the 1950s in 52156 Monschau-Höfen into a holiday home and can currently offer the following in exchange: 🚌 Several pitches for caravans, motorhomes or tents 🌿 Right by the Nationalpark Eifel / Monschau 🔌 Electricity and water use included 🔥 Fire pit for cosy evenings available, meals can be provided. Children and dogs welcome. 🚿 On request: use of the bathroom and kitchen at our home (approx. 150 m away) possible by arrangement 🚗 Space for at least 4 vehicles. We're looking for support in the following areas (2–3 hours a day): 🔨 Drywall Filling/plastering work and final sanding, please with experience Finishing work on the new windows from the inside. 🚿 Bathroom Tiler (please with experience) 🌳 Garden work Mowing the lawn, trimming the hedge Tree felling work also welcome (if equipment and qualifications are available) That's what comes to mind off the top of my head for now. 📅 Period: From now on – duration flexible. If it's a good fit, happy to make it longer-term!
