Nature campervan pitch 30 km from Rügen

Hello dear Holiday for Help community, I own a one-and-a-half-hectare property in 18516 Süderholz where motorhomes can park. It's very idyllic with lots of trees and an untouched meadow; a small part is a landscaped garden. It isn't fenced and is therefore often visited by deer, hares, the neighbor's cat etc. Dogs are of course allowed. Very good access to the A20. About 30 minutes to Stralsund or Greifswald, also by public transport. There are two uninhabited houses on the property that need renovation. There is a sort of break room with a table, couch, armchair, coat rack, mirror, chest of drawers with the things you tend to need like candles, dishes, cutlery, a grill and so on. There is electricity, three-phase power, and a wallbox for electric vehicles. There is a fridge with a freezer compartment and a kettle. There is a small grill and chill corner with a table, garden chairs, a fire barrel and firewood. There are 2 IBC tanks, rain barrels and bathtubs full of rainwater. Unfortunately there are no sanitary facilities. Work that would help me: gardening, loading the scrap container (by arrangement), creating a floor plan, creating a website and a marketing concept, clearing rubbish (sadly some people have used nature as a trash can), reactivating the existing groundwater well, a cost estimate for the roof incl. solar system.
