Description

In northern Slovenia, near the Austrian border (1 hour south of Graz, 30 minutes north of Maribor), we’ve brought a beautiful farm with 6.5 hectares of land back to life! We’d love your support! The farm is nestled in beautiful natural surroundings, offering peaceful tranquility and clear starry skies, right next to vast forests! It’s the perfect place for a getaway! The Mur River is easily accessible, the Sulm River and a swimming lake are also nearby, and there are charming villages and lovely little destinations for day trips that are easily reachable by car. This is a beautiful, relaxing place that we’re continuing to develop and bring to life. There’s space to take a break, to learn (music, dance, working with animals, self-discovery, mindfulness, and more), for healing spaces, and for a new sense of community! Much of this is already in place, but there’s still plenty to do, and we look forward to your help! We need support in the garden, with designing and tidying up in and around the farm, and with various projects (expansion, removing or replacing fences, digging, planting, weeding, etc.). Manual dexterity is helpful, but what we want most of all is the enthusiasm and energy to pitch in flexibly wherever needed, while living and experiencing an authentic, open, and loving sense of community. We’re always here: the hostess, a young family of six, a dog, four tomcats and three cats, two ducks, and of course, many trees and plants…. We look forward to helping hands and enriching encounters! Children traveling with you are very welcome! Dogs are also welcome by arrangement. There are various accommodation options: two very nice travel trailers in a peaceful natural setting, a vaulted-ceiling room, cozy tent sites, and two RV parking spots.
