Help in exchange for accommodation in Tuscany: nature, projects and a quiet life at Podere La Speranza Welcome to Podere La Speranza, a peaceful country house nestled in the Tuscan forests, about 40 km from Siena and about 40 km from the sea. The property is surrounded by nature and is ideal for those who appreciate country life, manual work and a more relaxed pace of life. The land is large and offers many possibilities. Since I mainly manage it on my own, I'm looking for reliable support from people who love living in the countryside and have practical skills. What kind of help do I need? In exchange for board and lodging and one meal a day, I would need about 4 hours of help per day. Tasks could include: • Gardening and maintenance of the outdoor areas • Working in the vegetable garden and on the surrounding land • General maintenance • Small building and masonry jobs • Practical support with everything related to the house and property. Experience is an advantage, especially in manual work, maintenance, gardening or small renovation projects. Independence and hands-on experience are much appreciated. What is offered Available to you: • Parking space for campervans (large vehicles can also be parked) • A small and charming old stone house • Space for a tent in the middle of nature The surroundings are simple, authentic and shaped by the Tuscan landscape. A place to enjoy nature, tranquillity and community life. Important A car is necessary because the house is in a remote area and public transport is limited. We're looking for people who appreciate a calm and quiet atmosphere, who treat shared spaces with respect and who love nature and teamwork. The environment is international, open and flexible, and a harmonious and relaxed living situation is important to me. The place Podere La Speranza is ideal for those who love forests, starry skies, silence, walks and being close to both the Tuscan countryside and the sea. This is not a tourist stay, but an authentic country living experience, ideal for those who appreciate simplicity, practical work and a place in constant evolution. Who I'm looking for Singles, couples or travellers with campervans who have hands-on experience, are reliable and appreciate the tranquillity of country life.
