Here, you can get away from everyday life, world politics, and consumer society. Stay in one of two gently renovated stone houses (partly still under construction) in the middle of a mixed forest, secluded; everything is very simple—a hot shower and a large, well-stocked kitchen. The access road consists of the last one and a half kilometers of a bumpy, unpaved forest road. The terrain is rather steep and terraced. Sparsely populated area experiencing depopulation. The nearest village is 4 km away. Permaculture garden under development; heating is provided by wood from the surrounding forest. Two hectares of land also offer space for a tent or small RV. At the moment, I (female, 68) live here alone with two cats. The former main house of the entire property, which includes a separate guest house, is now listed for sale again—after we sold it to buyers from Milan three years ago.
