Description

This listing is for a private villa in Sardinia on a 10,000-square-meter lot with private beach access. The property is located about 20 minutes above Costa Rei, in Torre Salinas.  We are looking for a person with good handyman skills who will have the house at their disposal completely free of charge and, in return, will spruce it up. The work involves tasks such as: • Painting: Interior and exterior painting to refresh the walls, wood surfaces, and shutters. • Masonry and plastering: Repairing cracks and damaged areas on walls and facades. • Roof inspection and repairs: Checking for leaks, cleaning gutters, and replacing damaged roof tiles as needed. • Windows and doors: Sanding, painting, and repairing wooden windows and doors; replacing locks or hinges as needed. • Deck and garden work: Repairing and maintaining wood or stone surfaces, cleaning natural stone surfaces, and laying new paths and flower beds. • Wood preservation and care: Treating beams, pergolas, and garden furniture to protect against weather and pests.
