Renovating & beach in the east of Andalusia

Description

At the eastern end of Andalusia, without mass tourism, I've bought a house – 12 kilometers from the sea. On two floors with 150 sqm of living space there are two guest rooms, two bathrooms, a modern kitchen, washing machine and dishwasher, air conditioning. Bicycles available. It's ideal for turning it into a shared house or two separate apartments for guests. The house is in good condition. Some things could still be improved. For that, I'm looking for people to join in – M, F, couple, non-smokers only please and no pets. I'm looking for people with practical skills and experience. I only have a little of that myself (because of my glasses). In return, I know the area, speak Spanish quite well and provide the accommodation free of charge (meals possibly by arrangement). I'm a man, 61 years old, love being outdoors in nature, a passionate cyclist. I'm not rich; I'm looking for a new, natural life under the southern sun. The typically Andalusian house is in Cuevas del Almanzora, a small town near Vera Playa with its wide beach both for naturist fans and for people who prefer swimwear, plus cliffs and small coves, and a wonderful hinterland. Shops just around the corner. Work can be scheduled freely; entire days off are of course also possible. The wooden front door needs to be sanded, filled and repainted. The wooden windows need sanding and painting, as do the iron railings. There is an inner courtyard. Someone who knows about water-permeable yet durable paint or plaster should tackle this. Bicycles need a bike doctor now and then. Please no dreamers who maybe want to come at some point someday, but people who act decisively, book a flight and be here, for at least two weeks.
