Renovations & the Beach in Eastern Andalusia

At the eastern end of Andalusia, far from mass tourism, I bought a house—12 kilometers from the sea. Spread over two floors with 150 square meters of living space, it features two guest rooms, two bathrooms, a modern kitchen, a washer and dishwasher, and air conditioning. Bicycles are available. This is ideal for turning it into a shared living arrangement or two separate apartments for guests. The house is in good condition. Some things could still be improved. For this, I’m looking for people willing to pitch in—please, no smokers and no pets. I’m looking for people with handyman skills and experience. I have only a little of that myself. However, I know the area well, speak Spanish quite well, and am providing the accommodation free of charge. I am a 61-year-old man who enjoys being outdoors in nature and is a passionate cyclist. I’m not rich; I’m looking for a new, natural life under the southern sun. The typical Andalusian house is located in a small town near Vera Playa, which has a wide beach suitable for both nudists and those who prefer to wear swimwear, as well as cliffs, small coves, and a beautiful countryside. Shopping is just around the corner. Work hours are flexible; taking full days off is, of course, also possible. The wooden windows need to be sanded and painted, as do the iron railings. The bicycles need a tune-up every now and then.  Please, no daydreamers who might want to come “someday”—instead, act decisively, book a flight, and be there for at least two weeks.
