Vacation and a bit of work…on the Kiel Canal (NOK) Centrally located in the heart of Schleswig-Holstein. Ideal starting point for trips to the North Sea and Baltic Sea, to Hamburg, Lübeck or even Denmark – everything within an hour at most. 1500 sqm secluded property surrounded by fields with a view over the trees onto the canal and the ships. On the property stands the main house with shared kitchen and bathroom. In the garden are former horse stables that are being converted into tiny houses. The hot tub with a view over fields onto the Kiel Canal and tents that you're welcome to use are also waiting for you in the garden. Or you bring your own tent, caravan, camper van and feel free to bring a dog…. On the meadow in front of the house there's also a pitch with its own lounge zone. You can use this too, if it's free. Brand new is a large spot for 2 camper vans/caravans next to the house with a view of fields, deer, storks, hares and ships. There's plenty to do….. please bring a green thumb 😊 Tradespeople (I'm an electrician) are also very welcome here 👍 There's also a campfire spot and a grill for you. If a tiny house is finished but not rented out, you're welcome to use it as well. On the upper floor of the house there are also rooms available, but they still need to be renovated… Coffee, water and an after-work beer are free 👍 +2 old-school folding bikes can gladly be used…. There's also a regular BBQ 🔥🔥🌭🥗🍗🌽🔥🔥
