My name is Andreas, and as a recently retired sports enthusiast (just started), I’d be happy to take care of your house, yard, apartment, pets, etc. I have many years of experience in property management, which I gained in Spain as a tour guide. I also have extensive experience working with dogs. I’m very flexible with my schedule and available for long-term assignments. I’m an open-minded, easygoing, and helpful person, and I actively practice weight training, karate, and boxing. Of course, I’m a non-smoker, don’t drink alcohol, and maintain a healthy diet and lifestyle—that goes without saying. I’m really looking forward to meeting you for the first time.
