Looking for a housekeeper & travel companion for 3 months of vanlife

Hello! I'm a 36-year-old, extroverted and pragmatic programmer who has discovered location-independent working – especially in winter, when it gets cold at home. This winter I'd like to spend at least 3 months in southern Europe – preferably in Sicily, where I've already spent 3 months travelling by motorhome and know some beautiful places. But alternatives like Sardinia, Corsica or Greece are also possible. For this, I'm looking for a housekeeper and travel companion for my motorhome (Pössl 2Win Vario). There are two separate sleeping spots – my bed is in the front part of the vehicle, yours in the back. That provides a certain degree of privacy, but of course life in such a small space is a special form of travelling where you inevitably get very close – spatially, not emotionally. Noises (e.g. from the bathroom) can't always be avoided either – usually only a thin door separates us. I think that's part of it and can be managed well with mutual respect. It's important to me that this offer is strictly about a practical, non-romantic collaboration. My aim is to organise the challenges of mobile everyday life well together, not a relationship. I work Monday to Friday from 9 to 5 in the van. During that time I'd appreciate help with everyday things – e.g. keeping things tidy, shopping or cooking. In return, I cover all the costs of the trip (fuel, food, pitches etc.). In your free time you can explore the places we're staying at your leisure – we'll decide together where to go. I prefer quiet places close to nature rather than big cities. Over the three months I have 7 days of holiday plus public holidays, which we can actively plan together – then there'd also be time for city trips, for example. I'm bringing a bicycle, but there's room for a second one if you'd like to bring your own. I personally like to keep it simple on the road: less is often more. You don't need much to be happy while travelling – good company, beautiful places and a bit of sunshine are usually enough. A companion for the entire period would be ideal, but a shorter stretch is also conceivable if that fits better.
