A Vacation in Sardinia in Exchange for Stiebel Eltron's Expertise on the LWZ 403 Sol Heat Pump

Hello everyone, I urgently need the assistance of an experienced Stiebel Eltron expert on-site in Sardinia. The main circuit board on my Stiebel Eltron LWZ 403 Sol was replaced in March of this year. Immediately afterward, the system produced hot water. So the basic configuration for this model appears to be correct. The next day, however, error message 15 appeared on the display (hot water setpoint temperature not reached within the defined time). Since then, the water has not been heating up. Several local technicians have since tried unsuccessfully to fix the problem. Unfortunately, there is no official Stiebel Eltron customer service in Sardinia. My husband, who passed away unexpectedly two years ago, purchased the system in 2012 and then installed it entirely on his own and maintained it regularly. The house is located on the east coast of Sardinia, near Cardedu in the Ogliastra region. Since I’ve been living without hot water for 5 months now and won’t be able to heat the house in winter without a working system, I’m reaching out this way to find an expert who is familiar with this type of heat pump and is willing to come to Sardinia to get the system up and running again. Since I have a beautiful vacation apartment just a 10-minute drive from the sea, I would be happy to offer it in exchange for a vacation (feel free to bring your family). The dates of the stay can be arranged flexibly.
