• Would you like to switch off, unwind and be close to nature? Peter and I chose exactly that 12 years ago. We now live in a former small farmhouse from 1820, which is a bit too big for just the two of us. That's why we take in 2-3 guests and have created a lovingly designed space on the 1st floor for them. There is a room with an adjoining room for 3 people, a small well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and a yoga/gymnastics room with a massage table for all residents. What we appreciate and gladly share with others is: The peace and quiet away from car and aircraft noise, the good air of Oberhessen with its huge, untouched Kellerwald forest, the Edersee with its wildlife park, rustic hiking trails and other attractions, the Hanseatic town of Korbach, fairytale-like Waldeck, the spa town of Bad Wildungen, the Twiste See beach lido and much more. What we need; Help and support with our "to do list". At the very top is gardening. Other items include creating a wall mosaic in the stairwell, renovation work in the cellar, woodwork in the attic and finally cleaning the inside of our car. With us you're self-catering, but you're also welcome to cook and barbecue with us from time to time. Peter's daughter runs a riding stable in the village.
